Administration: * Participate in procurement processes with Group Gerbera’s Purchasing Department and/or operator; * Monitor inventory levels and report product replenishment needs; * Ensure correct implementation of store communications (pricing/visual merchandising/window displays/planograms); * Ensure proper product exchange procedures; * Enter invoices into the system; * Conduct or attend store or Group Gerbera meetings; * Observe and relay communications sent by the franchisor and/or Group Gerbera Administration (TV programs, portals, newsletters, etc.); * Access/monitor franchisor communication channels (Operations Manual, portals, extranet, magazines, guides, etc.); * Attend in-person or extranet-based training sessions when directed by Group Gerbera management or administration.
