




Job Description: * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Process Management, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Flexibility regarding working hours; * Must reside in the Manaus–AM region. * Ensure timely delivery of production volumes with safety and quality; monitor hourly production plans and output quantities, compare data against targets, and take corrective actions for any deviations; * Support management to ensure all operational staff are properly trained and qualified; * Verify that machines and equipment are in proper working condition prior to production commencement, or request repairs from the Maintenance Department; monitor machine scrap (trim) levels and implement actions to reduce/eliminate them; * Oversee various production stages and coordinate team activities; understand all operations at workstations under responsibility to ensure smooth process execution; * Participate in production trials for new products, processes, or raw materials together with the Development department; * Monitor the development of Quality Control procedures; ensure necessary training for team members on area operations and maintain up-to-date training records; * Enforce proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees and ensure safe work practices; * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) throughout the entire production process; maintain and calibrate equipment; manage electronic timekeeping for the team; serve as the focal point for audits; manage consumables used in the area; control and maintain the area; * Organize and allocate required manpower to meet production scheduling requirements; control opening and closing of Work Orders within the area, adhering to expiration deadlines; * Ensure seamless information transfer between shifts; keep the team continuously informed on matters of general interest; escalate issues when necessary; * Conduct training and capacity-building for personnel involved in the production process, aligned with existing and newly implemented production lines; develop/evaluate technical specifications for procurement of new production equipment based on company criteria (product characteristics, legal and quality requirements, cost, expected productivity, etc.), thereby ensuring production capacity for new product launches and increased production volumes; * Develop and monitor KPIs, reporting to Management and/or Executive Leadership; continuously pursue process updates and/or innovations aimed at improving product quality, process efficiency, resource rationalization and utilization, and cost reduction; * Participate in internal, external, and customer audits to identify opportunities for adjustments and/or modifications enabling certification attainment; * Attend internal and external training sessions whenever instructed or requested by the immediate supervisor, aiming at professional and personal development through technical enhancement and knowledge updating; * Lead the team and support employee development; coordinate formulation of the annual production target plan to optimize available production resources; * Control general departmental production expenses (e.g., electricity, maintenance costs, consumables), contributing to cost reduction in these areas; foster a harmonious, highly motivated, and respectful environment among team members and across shifts; * Apply Six Sigma, Lean, 5S, ESD, Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety concepts; * Ensure data entry into the shop-floor control system; * Assist in identifying employees with high, medium, and low performance; 2512130202201917570
