Assist in controlling employee transportation and meal allowances. Assist in quoting office and cleaning supplies. Daily timekeeping control for employees. Address employee inquiries. Support the HR and accounting departments. Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including arranging medical examinations. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Office Assistant, or Administrative Coordinator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. Incomplete undergraduate degree required.
