Everyone is welcome to be themselves, because only when we differ from one another can we create solutions that keep up with a constantly changing world.** **At Elgin, you don’t join just to work.** **You join to create the new.** * **\#JoinElgin \#ElginMoreThanYouImagine** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Studies models, specifications, instructions, and components of the assembly to be produced; * Analyzes potential defects using measuring instruments; * Consults manuals, guides, or templates to complete assembly after defect resolution; * Conducts verification and final tests to confirm product quality and full functionality; * Records data in control logs or spreadsheets as required by the ongoing production process; * Applies 5S program techniques in the work area to ensure the health and safety of all employees; maintains department organization and cleanliness; * Provides support for daily or atypical activities within the department, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor, contributing to development and operational agility; * Stays updated on industry trends, and on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market; * Participates in internal and external training programs to enhance knowledge relevant to the department’s activities; * Understands the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and complies with organizational and coexistence standards; * Performs other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed by superiors. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Basic knowledge of 5S; * **Behavioral Skills (Soft Skills):** Agility, discipline, organization, and focused attention to ensure quality and safety on the factory floor. **Additional Information** ***What You’ll Find:*** * Health insurance plan for you and your dependents; * On-site cafeteria; * Parking; * Transportation route; * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; **At Elgin, technology goes beyond every stitch—** **it stems from our passion for doing things differently and better, every day.** We are a proudly Brazilian company with over 70 years of history, moving forward with the energy of those who are always just beginning.
