Inspection of products during the production process Job Description: Perform tasks assigned by the Production Leader, such as: Removing the cliché from the machine and washing it; cleaning around the machine (removing trimmings and waste). Allocating pallets of sheets for the next order onto the machine; if ink colors change, allocate ink buckets to the pumps and store removed ink buckets in the warehouse. Remove and clean packaging during operation, stack packages onto pallets, and feed the machine during operation (corrugated cardboard sheets); depending on sheet size and weight, this task must be performed by two or more people (as determined by the Production Leader). Separate defective boxes and alert the operator regarding process issues. Inspect products during the production process. Maintain an organized and clean workplace.
