




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation, and/or Production. * Knowledge of SAP system desirable; * Intermediate English and Power BI (desirable); * Knowledge of management tools; * Knowledge of maintenance indicators. * Reside in the Manaus region - AM People Management and Leadership * Coordinate the maintenance team, promoting technical and behavioral development of employees. * Encourage continuous improvement and team ownership, ensuring a collaborative and safe work environment. * Conduct technical training and skill development sessions to enhance team competence. * Periodically inform the team of department indicator status, ensuring everyone is aware of areas needing improvement. * Plan, coordinate, and monitor predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on machinery, industrial equipment, building facilities, refrigeration systems, and compressed air systems. * Supervise third-party services, including maintenance on 13.8 kV and 69 kV substations (direct execution only with electrical technical qualification). * Ensure efficient operation of equipment, guaranteeing continuity of production processes and achieving department targets. * Ensure all department procedures are followed, suggesting updates when necessary. * Monitor strategic department indicators, informing PCM of required adjustments to achieve defined OEE. * Actively participate in strategic meetings regarding productivity and process improvements, AQF development, etc. * Keep the Qualiex system updated regarding actions under your responsibility. * Develop innovative solutions to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. * Localize parts and create alternative systems for extruders and peripherals. * Design and draft improvements using tools such as AutoCAD. * Generate and analyze maintenance reports and indicators, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Reduce rework and increase operational predictability through effective methodologies. * Coordinate material movements, purchase requisitions, and inventory control. * Operate in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the maintenance area. 2511140202461815001
