It provides human resources consulting services to various industries. **Responsibilities:** Perform machine adjustment, setup, and tuning of injection molding machines. Carry out mold changes, process parameterization, and machine release for production. Apply knowledge of plastic injection, controlling parameters according to raw material. Interpret technical drawings and use metrology instruments for dimensional inspection and control. Work in accordance with ISO 9000-based quality standards, supporting failure analysis and technical improvements together with maintenance, quality, and production departments. Previous experience as Machine Operator, Machine Fitter, Equipment Adjustment Technician, or Machinery Control Specialist may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. High school diploma required.
