Job Summary: The Transportation Assistant assists in loading and unloading materials, verifies invoices, organizes the warehouse, and performs vehicle maintenance under supervision. Work under supervision and guidance The Transportation Assistant is responsible for assisting in loading and unloading materials, verifying invoices, organizing the warehouse, performing vehicle cleaning and maintenance, and other activities related to goods transportation. This professional works under the supervision and guidance of a more experienced colleague. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist in loading pre\-cast components onto trailers/trucks using an overhead crane and/or moving components, either at the factory or at the unloading destination. * Transport supplies or tools required by the department between the production area and yard storage. * Support overhead crane operators and truck/munk/crane drivers in signaling maneuvers. * Properly secure, fasten, and position components on trailer/truck floors to prevent damage and/or accidents during delivery transit. * Always use personal protective equipment and remain vigilant during component loading/unloading operations. * Maintain the shipping areas and factory yard clean and organized, especially in component loading zones. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this role or in operational/logistics activities; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, proactivity, responsibility, and teamwork.
