Job Summary: A Production Assistant performs operational support activities across various stages of the production process, assisting operators with tasks such as machine feeding, visual inspection, packaging, and general cleaning. Key Highlights: 1. Supports multiple stages of the production process 2. Performs visual inspection and product packaging 3. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work environment Perform operational support activities across various stages of the production process, assisting operators with tasks including: supporting the production process and general cleaning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Feed raw materials into machines; * Participate in visual inspection of raw materials and finished products, identifying anomalies such as wet or torn material; * Perform packaging and palletizing of finished products; * Move reels for product weighing; * Label reels with adhesive tags; * Carry out general cleaning of the area, as well as of equipment and fixtures; * Clean filter elements (air and water filter screens); * Support rework activities for non-conforming products; * Assist operators in internal inventory activities for finished products and raw materials (physical counting); * Ensure proper order and maintenance of tools, PPE, equipment, and materials; * Comply with quality and occupational safety standards and policies; * Fulfill requests from operators or leadership as per company policy. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience as a Production Assistant; * Demonstrated responsibility, proactivity, and agility. **Additional Information** * Basic food basket; * On-site meal; * Chartered transportation (route-based); * POSA incentive program.
