Execute maintenance plans and work orders to keep them in optimal operating condition, thereby guaranteeing production demand. **Responsibilities and Duties** **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct routine inspections to diagnose equipment condition and operational status. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on all electroelectronic, mechanical, and pneumatic equipment, in accordance with each machine's specifications; * Conduct periodic inspections of transformer substations; * Monitor predictive maintenance processes; * Participate in the industrial plant optimization / modernization process; * Monitor production, verifying proper machine operation. * Maintain order and preservation of tools, PPE, equipment, and materials; ensure workplace organization and cleanliness; comply with quality and occupational safety standards and policies. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do we expect from you? Technical education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields; Relevant work experience; Flexibility regarding working hours and shift-based schedules; Availability to start immediately; Experience in plastic or extrusion industries is desirable; Strong sense of urgency and sound logical reasoning.
