Analyzing and verifying documents (invoice, packing list, BL/AWB, certificates of origin, etc.). Executing customs clearance for raw materials, fixed assets, consumables, and finished products. Performing shipment follow-up, controlling deadlines, and reporting status to internal departments. Requesting and tracking payments for cash, freight, and taxes, as well as analyzing expense reports. Supervising customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely release of goods. Monitoring trade regulations and tariff policies, implementing updates and tax optimization opportunities. Identifying customs-related risks and proposing corrective solutions. Supporting internal departments (procurement, sales, logistics, tax, and accounting) in integrating international trade processes. Maintaining updated controls, reports, and records to ensure traceability and document organization. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP and TOTVS Datasul).
