Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Procurement Specialist to strategically and operationally handle the procurement of direct and indirect materials for air conditioner manufacturing. Collaborate across multiple departments: engineering, production, logistics We are looking for a **Senior Procurement Specialist** to strategically and operationally manage the procurement of direct and indirect materials for air conditioner manufacturing. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage procurement processes for productive materials and industrial inputs; * Conduct quotations, proposal analyses, and negotiations with domestic and international suppliers; * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers; * Monitor performance indicators (lead time, service level, savings); * Collaborate with engineering, production, logistics, and planning departments; * Support contract control, supplier approvals, and ERP system registrations; * Ensure compliance with internal policies and technical and regulatory requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields; * Solid experience in industrial procurement (experience in the electro-electronic or air conditioning sectors is preferred); * Proficiency in negotiation, cost analysis, and contract management; * Knowledge of import processes, PPB, ZFM, and tax legislation; * Experience with ERP systems (SAP, TOTVS, or similar); * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate or advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance at company premises; * Transportation allowance; * Health insurance – Samel; * Dental insurance – Unimed; * Life insurance; * Daycare allowance; * Gympass; * Pharmacy card; Friopeças began operations in 1994 in Belo Horizonte/MG, exclusively serving the retail market for original parts; however, starting in 1998, it expanded into the wholesale market as well.
