The primary responsibility is to ensure all assigned rooms and areas are clean, tidy, and presentable for guests, delivering a pleasant and comfortable experience. **Responsibilities:** Perform daily cleaning and tidying of rooms, including changing bed linens, towels, and amenities. Restock consumables in rooms and replenish minibar items as needed. Ensure all assigned common areas are consistently clean and in perfect condition. Report any damages, lost items, or suspicious objects to the immediate supervisor. Maintain an organized inventory and communicate the need for restocking cleaning supplies and other materials. Strictly adhere to the hotel’s established safety and hygiene standards. Provide friendly and efficient guest service, addressing guest needs upon request. Collaborate with other team members to ensure service excellence. **Requirements:** Prior experience in this role or in similar cleaning and organization positions. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and established standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude when facing daily challenges. Flexibility in working hours and availability to work on weekends and holidays, as scheduled. **Desirable Qualifications:** Completion of elementary education.
