




Coordinate the uninterrupted availability of company equipment in terms of predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance, and/or assembly of new devices at the lowest cost, while observing safety, quality, and reliability aspects. **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate the team in corrective maintenance activities for equipment and electrical installations within the unit, responding to service requests from various industrial areas, identifying critical points, aiming to restore operations as quickly as possible and prevent production targets from being compromised due to interruptions; * Coordinate and participate in preventive maintenance activities for equipment and electrical installations within the unit by developing previously published programs; * Coordinate and participate in assembly and installation activities for new electrical equipment projects upon receipt of schematics, definitions, and technical specifications provided by the project department, as well as monitor startups and initial operation phases, clarifying doubts and solving any potential issues that may arise; * Coordinate and participate in scheduled and emergency shutdown activities; * Procure replacement parts, devices, and spare equipment necessary for executing various types of services within the department, as well as maintain inventory levels without reaching critical thresholds; * Develop safety procedures for the team and other company employees, and provide guidance on the proper handling, functioning, and operation of equipment, especially regarding life risks and accidents resulting from carelessness when dealing with electrical energy; * Coordinate the assembly team for new equipment, motor control panels, as well as refurbishment of equipment and industrial area installations across all organizational units, administrative building maintenance, light bulb replacements, IT installations, alarm systems, among others; * Ensure implementation and commitment of team members to the objectives of the Quality Assurance System * through dissemination of concepts and practices within their area of responsibility; * Ensure the development and compliance of the budget program for operational expenses in their area by providing adequate guidance, direction, and support during preparation, as well as monitoring and controlling expenditures and timely recommendations for correcting identified deviations. * Ensure adequate levels of qualification, performance, and motivation within the team by identifying training and professional development needs of subordinates and participating in the development of training programs with the Human Resources department. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor's degree completed in Engineering or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Maintenance field. * Responsibility, pro\-activeness, resilience, initiative, and courage. **Additional information** Are you passionate about innovation, commitment, and quality?
