**Academic Background:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Systems Engineering, and/or related fields. * Preferred starting from the 3rd semester. **Key Responsibilities:** * Reproduce reported defects to identify potential issues raised by users; * Support defect tracking, reporting, and monitoring—from initial identification through resolution and final verification; * Perform regression testing on defects; **Desired Skills:** * User-level knowledge of the Android operating system; * Fundamentals of Software Quality; * Problem-solving ability and attention to detail; * Proficiency with tracking tools: Jira / Power BI / Excel; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Advanced Excel skills; * Dashboard creation using Jira and Power BI; **Language Requirements:** * Advanced English.
