In practice, the intern is integrated into our **projects** and **technologies**, while simultaneously advancing competencies such as **personal branding, emotional intelligence, public speaking, diversity**, among others. **Senior Intern \| Continuous Improvement – Manaus/AM** **Learn about our challenge:** This area is responsible for implementing Klabin’s continuous improvement program (Superar). Its ambition is to make Superar “the Klabin way of working” by deploying the TPM (Total Performance Management) methodology across the entire organization and engaging all employees. **Main Responsibilities and Activities:** * Support operational teams in applying the methodology; * Support training for pillar teams and operational teams; * Support the implementation of the methodology; * Assist in developing communication campaigns; * Assist in updating and analyzing performance indicators. **Additional Information:** * Monday to Friday; * 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM; * On-site. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in: Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Forestry Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * **Preferred:** Knowledge of BI and/or TPM or WCM methodologies. **.** ----- At Klabin, we care for our team with benefits promoting well-being, security, and development.
