




We are looking for an ***HR Analyst*** to perform all tasks related to Payroll and Human Resources departments. If you are seeking new challenges, enjoy working with processes, and at the same time care about employee experience on a daily basis… this position is for you! **Main responsibilities** * Conduct **Recruitment and Selection** processes; * **Onboarding** and follow-up of new employees; * Management of attendance, work schedules, vacations, and leaves; * Support in **Training** and **Development** initiatives; * Assist in Payroll routines (verifications, entries, and general alignments); * Monitor termination processes and document organization. Requirements: * Previous experience in HR, Payroll, and benefits routines; * Knowledge of Alterdata System (Fopag and Ponto); * Experience in R\&S and Onboarding processes; * Completed bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. **Preferred qualification:** Knowledge in T\&D processes and benefits management; Benefits Health and dental insurance (no co-payment)
