We Build Futures.”* **Responsibilities and Duties** The PNLD Sales Consultant will strategically promote and monitor the National Textbook Program within public education networks. Their role is to strengthen relationships with school administrators (principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers), ensuring proximity, credibility, and effective adoption of FTD Educação’s educational solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct in-person and remote visits to public schools and education departments to present PNLD textbooks and solutions. * Maintain ongoing relationships with principals, pedagogical coordinators, and teachers, serving as FTD’s regional reference. * Support textbook selection processes by providing clear, up-to-date information aligned with FNDE/MEC guidelines. * Monitor competition and identify opportunities for action within each territory. * Organize and report activities in the CRM system to ensure tracking and predictability of actions. * Lead presentations, pedagogical meetings, and relationship-building events. * Collaborate with fellow consultants and managers to achieve targets set in the PNLD calendar. * Support mobilization campaigns, teacher training, and capacity-building initiatives for effective use of textbooks. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Desired Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Education, Administration, Pedagogy, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in sales, institutional relationship management, or the education sector. * Strong oral and written communication skills, with a consultative approach. * Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Ability to plan, maintain discipline, and manage schedule and results autonomously. * Willingness to travel within the assigned region. **Expected Profile** * Professional with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Strategic mindset and results orientation. * Commitment to FTD’s educational mission and sensitivity toward public schools. * Proactivity and resilience to operate effectively during high-demand periods (e.g., textbook selection and registration campaigns). **Additional Information** **Benefit:** Meal Voucher. **Work Tools:** * Mobile data allowance: R$ 120.00 * Company vehicle * Tablet or notebook We are **FTD**, an ecosystem of educational solutions transforming society—and one of Brazil’s leading providers of educational content for schools.
