




**Description** Professional responsible for ensuring high availability and performance of customer platforms, providing high-quality technical support. In addition, will be responsible for guiding and training users whenever necessary, ensuring an efficient and secure experience. **Responsibilities and duties** Meet deadlines and targets established for service levels (L1 or L2); Monitor the status of equipment sent to authorized technical assistance; Install and maintain various operating systems; Update and maintain inventories of IT equipment across all regional offices; Configure hardware, install and configure software and drivers; Perform LAN/WAN network installations and manage components (servers, IPs, etc.); Diagnose system failures or errors and implement solutions to restore functionality; Provide timely technical support and instruct users on correct equipment usage; Organize device and printer drivers. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education.
