Requirements: * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related fields; * Experience in product development, chemical formulations, or chemical processes; * Knowledge of laboratory equipment operation and interpretation of test results. Responsibilities: * Develop new chemical formulations, conducting tests, adjustments, and validations. * Research raw materials, additives, and technologies that can enhance existing products. * Conduct performance, stability, and compatibility studies of products. * Monitor and participate in the implementation of new chemical equipment, assisting with calibration, testing, and usage validation. * Create operation, maintenance, and good practice protocols for laboratory and production equipment. * Conduct bench-scale experiments, record results, and propose technical improvements. * Support engineering and R&D departments in adapting equipment for new processes. * Prepare technical reports, development sheets, and supporting documentation. * Contribute ideas and solutions for continuous innovation of the company’s product portfolio.
