Main Mission Support the laboratory’s administrative and reception routines, ensuring courteous patient service, accurate patient registration, and efficient internal operational support, thereby contributing to process organization and quality. Key Responsibilities Support reception activities, providing courteous and professional patient service and welcome; Register patients and track received samples in the internal system; Assist with typing and verifying examination reports, ensuring information accuracy; Provide telephone and WhatsApp support, appropriately directing inquiries and requests; Assist with departmental administrative tasks, including form completion and billing support. And other duties relevant to the position. Requirements Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Biomedicine, Nursing, or related fields, as well as possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong verbal/written communication skills. Desirable: Familiarity with laboratory management systems and prior experience in customer service or administrative routines.
