Prepare materials such as concrete and mortar. Transport tools and materials, carry out excavation and leveling, and remove debris and waste. Keep the construction site clean and organized. Support activities in the metalworking sector (e.g., manual or rolling mill-based straightening and cutting of steel strips) and recycling sector (e.g., sorting waste, compressing plastics and cardboard, refurbishing wooden pallets and racks, and overseeing internal and external waste disposal). Assist in fabricating metal components including columns, footings, beams, steel mesh, and others. Support masons and construction supervisors in daily tasks. Use tools and equipment correctly, ensuring their proper maintenance. Perform other related duties as required by the department.
