Job Summary: The professional will organize, control, and supervise warehouse activities, ensuring productivity, delivery quality, and product integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals — and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and Duties** **DATA:** GS O Location: CDL Manaus Applications until: 01/18/2026 **WHAT YOU WILL DO?** * Organize and control warehouse operations, distributing tasks and estimating required material and human resources to maximize productivity. * Supervise and guide product shipping to ensure compliance with established delivery deadlines and conditions. Plan product storage activities to guarantee appropriate conditions for maintaining product integrity until shipment. * Ensure product deliveries meet pre-established quality standards. * Participate in inventory execution, performing physical verification of stock items. Separate damaged products and forward documentation for necessary procedures. * Control inventory to improve product storage conditions and quality. * Receive products delivered by suppliers, cross-checking invoices against purchase orders and verifying quantities, quality, and specifications. * Conduct verification and release for product loading. * Verify re-packed products. * Maintain the warehouse in optimal condition, complying with hygiene and occupational safety regulations. * Know and apply SIG procedures and standards. * Perform movements and operations using forklifts. * Execute forklift inversion processes and clamp-to-fork replacements. * Handle consumables and furniture specific to the operation (broken pallets, cabinets, plastics, etc.). * Support maintenance area with equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, manpower). * Broken pallet recovery process. * Know and apply SIG standards and procedures. Serve as a role model for safe behavior, encouraging the team to practice active and responsible care. Promote strict adherence to safety procedures and integrate prevention into daily routines. Encourage proper use of PPE and exercise of the right to refuse unsafe work in cases of serious risk, fostering proposals for control solutions.
