Connect with us and join RV!!! **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor sales of clients assigned to the team and identify their needs; * Accompany consultants on field visits, identifying areas for improvement in service delivery and new business opportunities; * Develop the team to achieve campaign and sales incentive targets; * Generate daily sales reports to support area monitoring and target achievement; * Monitor and evaluate individual and team performance, identifying training and development needs to enhance technical capability, meet demand, and ensure continuous development of people and the department, guaranteeing activities are carried out according to established policies, and controlling, supervising, and monitoring sellers' professional routines both inside and outside the company; * Analyze and guide negotiations and sales, plan sales activities, serve customers, collect consumer market indicators, supervise external sales team routines, possess thorough market knowledge—especially of the target audience—and stay updated on product features to effectively address inquiries or counter misinformation.
