Ready to join this team? \#JoinAssai **Responsibilities and duties*** Conduct the recruitment process for all store vacancies, performing sourcing, scheduling, interviews, and pre-hiring procedures (scheduling medical exams, verifying documents, system registration), printing employment contracts and collecting signatures from new employees; * Conduct onboarding training, sending attendance lists to the Corporate Training department; * Manage the distribution of uniforms and PPEs, placing purchase requests as needed; * Manage employee electronic time records, entering medical certificates, absence justifications, or allowances according to alignment with the Store Manager, printing and collecting signatures, and archiving documents; * Conduct termination processes according to management guidelines, entering data into the system and conducting exit interviews, seeking legal guidance in cases of just cause to ensure compliance with current legislation; * Enter personnel movements into the system (merits, transfers, and promotions), monitoring all approval stages before notifying the employee; * Execute internal marketing initiatives such as Employee Birthday Celebrations, Coffee with Management, Children's Day events, etc.; * Monitor employee participation in behavioral and mandatory training programs scheduled by Assaí University; * Monitor and execute health and safety actions in partnership with SESMT (e.g., updating periodic exams, supporting inspections, etc.); * Support the submission of documents and witness referrals to the Legal Department in labor claim matters. **Requirements and qualifications** **Minimum education:** Completed High School or currently pursuing a Higher Education degree in Human Resources-related fields. **Experience:** Proven generalist experience in HR processes and Payroll, including hiring, termination, electronic timekeeping, recruitment and selection, vacations, benefits, and onboarding.
