




**Activities:** Assemble the complete pilot garment according to the specifications indicated in the pattern and the information provided by the pattern maker, for both men’s and women’s garments, either as individual pieces or within a production cell; Perform various repairs or adjustments on garments; Determine the optimal production method for the garment, defining the operational sequence and suggesting sewing techniques; Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of one’s workstation, including machines (oil level, presser foot cleaning, unusual noises, etc.), tools (scissors, needles, tailor’s chalk, etc.), and accessories (pins, measuring tape, tailor’s chalk, etc). **Required Qualifications:** Knowledge of sewing techniques; Ability to interpret patterns to assemble pilot garments; Experience assembling both women’s and men’s clothing; Familiarity with industrial straight-stitch machines (single- and double-needle), overlock machines, arm-type machines, double-needle topstitching machines, and collar machines; Ability to work with various fabrics, including woven fabrics, knits, and leather; Availability to work occasional Saturdays. **Education:** Completed Elementary School **Working Hours:** Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:03 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:48 PM (On-site – Rio Comprido/RJ).
