Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management systems (ERP experience is a plus). Intermediate to advanced proficiency in a second language. Previous experience as a front office team leader or in supervisory roles within medium- to large-scale hotels. Basic knowledge of group and event handling. Familiarity with administrative and financial routines. Proactive profile with customer service focus, teamwork spirit, strong communication skills, sense of urgency, organization, resilience, and responsibility. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Support the Front Office Manager in managing the receptionist and concierge teams. Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring adherence to service standards. Assist in onboarding and mentoring new employees. Directly handle guest service, ensuring agility and courtesy throughout all stages of the stay. Take charge of complex or specific guest requests whenever necessary. Support coordination of groups and events across properties.
