Job Summary: A professional responsible for procurement and negotiations for production, domestic and international logistics, optimizing processes and pursuing continuous improvement. Participation in cost reduction projects and value analysis Procure and negotiate items for production and support areas on time and according to requested specifications. Organize, plan, and execute operational processes within domestic and international logistics, including import, export, and domestic market sales activities. Meet company needs by collaborating toward expected results, optimizing processes, and pursuing continuous improvement. Contribute to the development and monitoring of inbound and outbound logistics metrics. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and validate invoices and fiscal notes prior to material shipment * Negotiate with suppliers to finalize purchases under agreed terms regarding price, quality, payment terms, and delivery schedules * Issue purchase orders, send them to suppliers, and track delivery execution and final fulfillment of all negotiated conditions * Research and propose new suppliers of diverse products and services to develop alternative sourcing options * Conduct regular follow-up with suppliers to ensure deliveries occur within stipulated timelines * Monitor supplier performance * Participate in cost reduction projects and value analysis * Support and study negotiations of domestic and international contracts * Support new product development * Input procurement process data into the integrated system * Coordinate import and export shipments through to completion/delivery, maintaining updated controls * Verify/approve logistics costs in accordance with negotiations with suppliers * Track customs clearance/nationalization of goods with customs brokers * Track DTA removals * Monitor and comply with applicable legislation * Prepare export documentation * Arrange, monitor, and oversee courier transportation services * Notify the finance department of expense forecasts * Monitor controls related to preliminary endorsements of domestic and international transport insurance. * Know, practice, and promote the company’s Integrated Management Policy, committing to perform job-related activities in accordance with current procedures and programs; contributing to achieving defined objectives and goals, and supporting compliance with organizational management system requirements and its effectiveness. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or related fields * Relevant work experience * Advanced English proficiency preferred **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 06:50 AM to 4:38 PM, with a 1-hour break daily. **Benefits:** * Health and dental insurance * Meal allowance and/or food voucher * Food basket * Transportation voucher – route-based * Life insurance * Pet care assistance * Discounts at language schools * Daycare assistance for dependents * Profit-sharing program (PPR) **We are Hana Electronics**, an industry supplying **high-value-added and excellent-quality electronic components and semiconductors**.
