Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide administrative, internal communication, and document management support, contributing to generating Kando within the company. Key Highlights: 1. It is precisely such sighs we strive to elicit, continuously improving and intensifying our efforts. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide administrative support to the department [attendance tracking, vacation management, etc.]; * Follow up on requests for non-production materials [PPEs, office supplies, etc.]; * Support documentation management and the Integrated Management System; * Communicate internal requirements in coordination with the People Management team; * Organize activity/event schedules; * Support tasks related to the production plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Business Administration or related fields); * Proficiency in Power BI; * Language: Basic English; * Availability for afternoon shifts [09:38–16:38]. **Additional Information** "The *YAMAHA Group maintains its own dedicated channel to publish job opportunities.
