Development and updating of IMS procedures **Job Description** Work corporately on the management, maintenance, and improvement of the organization's Integrated Management Systems (Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, RBA, among others), ensuring compliance with applicable standards and legislation, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and organizational sustainability. **Main Responsibilities** * Act as a conscientious professional aware of one's role, ensuring conduct aligns with UCB regulations as well as ISO 45001, and help guarantee a safe working environment for oneself and other employees; likewise comply with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards, performing duties with quality and sustainable best practices, as required by customers or other applicable requirements. * Plan and execute IMS-related routines independently and with technical autonomy; * Conduct internal audits and support external audits (certification bodies, customers, regulatory agencies); * Develop, review, and maintain up-to-date IMS procedures, work instructions, and documents; * Monitor and analyze IMS performance indicators, proposing improvement actions; * Address and track nonconformities, corrective action plans, incidents, and deviations with a focus on prevention; * Serve as an internal knowledge multiplier regarding management systems; * Provide technical support to other departments concerning applicable requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RBA (or other adopted standards); * Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to environment, occupational health and safety, and social responsibility;•Actively participate in risk and opportunity analysis and management; * Support the development and updating of strategic planning and IMS objectives; * Conduct training sessions and promote awareness campaigns on IMS-related topics; * Interact with customers, suppliers, and consultants on technical IMS matters. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Administration, Environmental Management, Occupational Safety, or related fields; * Certification as Internal Auditor and Competency in Interpretation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Certification in risk analysis, nonconformity handling, and quality tools (PDCA, 5W2H, Ishikawa, etc.). **Benefits** * Medical assistance for employee and dependents * Dental assistance for employee and dependents * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Transportation (shuttle service) * Group life insurance * Birthday day off * Education incentive program (Corporate University) * Mental health support program (Zenklub) * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) **Location** Av.
