**Description** Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Safety, Environment, and Health Policy and the Contractor’s Safety Plan. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and monitor P5 gate approvals for operational-phase steps in the APLAT PI, ensuring compliance with safety documentation requirements for PT generation; Fill in Environmental Analysis and PPE information in the APLAT PT based on the service delineation sheet and service planning; Analyze and correct service steps in the APLAT PT to ensure that the description is consistent with the delineation and aligned with the service to be performed; Develop JSA (Job Safety Analysis) for services in SGR; Develop and attach JSA for services and steps in APLAT and SGR; Complete, ensure, and apply the Golden Rules in service steps within the APLAT PI; Monitor attachments of delineations in the PT; Analyze and select scheduled services in the APLAT PT according to the approved quarterly schedule; Create PTs in Maintenance Orders – OM; Analyze APN-2 in the system; Coordinate completion of required data in the service APN-2 form; Ensure operations comply with company guidelines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Educational Level: Secondary Technical Education; Field of Study: Occupational Safety Technician **Required Qualifications:** SAP/4 HANA modules PM and MM; Excel; APLAT; MS-Project; Power BI.
