**Job Description** Work in the Integrated Management System area, monitoring and implementing the Risk Management Program; conducting routine and/or specific occupational safety inspections related to work execution and use of safety equipment; identifying situations that may cause occupational diseases and supporting the redefinition of work methods or equipment operation criteria; scheduling training for emergency response teams, CIPA members, and other employees; advising the legal department in labor litigation cases concerning environmental risks, as well as performing other related and inherent duties. **Key Responsibilities** * Follow work instructions applicable to the area; * Conduct workplace inspections to identify hazardous conditions and take all necessary measures to eliminate risk situations; * Implement and enforce compliance with applicable NRs (Normas Regulamentadoras) for company operations; * Actively participate in and support audits; * Investigate accidents; complete accident investigation forms using data collected from interviews; * Specify, guide, and supervise company employees and third-party personnel regarding compliance with occupational safety requirements; * Conduct periodic occupational safety, fire prevention and firefighting, and occupational accident prevention training for employees; * Conduct the annual CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention) election process; * Support the implementation of SIPAT (Internal Week for Occupational Accident Prevention); * Specify the type and capacity of fire extinguishers according to existing risk levels; oversee their maintenance; * Distribute personal protective equipment (PPE) when required by working conditions, aiming to reduce risks to workers’ safety and physical integrity; * Ensure the occupational health and safety management system complies with ISO 45001 requirements; * Implement selective waste collection within the department; comply with environmental policies, objectives, procedures, and guidelines; * Contribute to improvements focused on environmental protection; * Be knowledgeable about significant environmental aspects and impacts; * Promote best environmental practices among all colleagues operating within the department whenever possible; * Ensure the environmental management system complies with ISO 14001 requirements; * Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational safety standards and procedures, aligned with company guidelines and current legislation. **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety (PL level) * Ability to read and interpret ISO 14001:2015 * Ability to read and interpret ISO 45001:2018 * Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency * Preferred qualifications: Knowledge of RBA audit standards; Internal Auditor certification for ISO 14001:2018 and ISO 45001:2018; Power BI skills **Benefits** * Medical assistance for employee and dependents * Dental assistance for employee and dependents * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Transportation (shuttle service) * Group life insurance * Birthday day off * Education incentive program (Corporate University) * Mental health support program (Zenklub) * Profit-sharing plan (PLR) **Location** Av.
