This role requires an analytical mindset capable of converting data into clear, strategic, and actionable insights to guide decisions by internal teams and clients. If you are a professional attuned to market developments and trends, highly committed to results and delivering on internal and external client demands, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Organize and process social listening, influencer, and campaign performance data to produce recurring reports and strategic analyses. * Create presentations using storytelling techniques, linking brand impact, engagement, audience, and reputation to action plans and business decisions. * Monitor KPIs defined by the team, ensuring consistency, quality, and coherence of information. * Conduct trend studies and analyses, community behavior, competitor benchmarks, and industry movements. * Support in-depth analysis of influencer campaigns, evaluating performance by platform, format, content, and impact. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related fields. * Prior experience in BI, data analysis, digital metrics, or social listening. * Solid knowledge of social media metrics and indicator cross-analysis. * Proficiency in Keynote / PowerPoint (mandatory). * Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar data visualization tools is desirable. * Experience with monitoring tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Emplifi, Buzzmonitor, Sprinklr, Stilingue, or Hootsuite is desirable. * Strong analytical ability, critical thinking, and clear communication of insights. **Additional Information** * Interest in digital entertainment, gaming communities, and geek culture is desirable. * Familiarity with social APIs, livestreaming metrics, or participation in influencer projects is desirable. * Hybrid work model.
