IT2B Profile: Junior ICT Technician WORK SCHEDULE: 09:00 to 18:48 Base Address CAT: RUA RIO JAVARI, Nº 68, NOSSA SENHORA DAS GRAÇAS Will operate in TR – Eirunepé; preference for candidates residing in Eirunepé – AM. OBS: The candidate will be hired based in Manaus – AM but will work in Eirunepé – AM. OBS: The technician will serve TR – Eirunepé and surrounding areas; preference for candidates residing in Eirunepé – AM. Approximately 90 days after hiring, a BBTS fleet vehicle will be made available for service calls. Approximately 90 days after hiring, a BBTS fleet vehicle will be made available for service calls. The technician will be entitled to reimbursement for vehicle custody and care, capped at R$ 600.00, upon submission of official invoices for garage rental and vehicle washing. No reimbursement will be provided if the employee stores the vehicle at home or washes it using personal means. Until the fleet vehicle is assigned, all travel must be conducted exclusively via public transportation. Use of personal vehicles is not permitted. EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalent issued by an educational institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC), State Secretariats of Education, or State Councils of Education; courses registered with the respective professional council, with qualifications matching the professional profile and aligned with the National Catalogue of Medium-Level Technical Courses – CNCT (3rd Edition, CNE/CEB Resolution No. 01/2014), specifically within the Industrial Control and Processes axis: Electronics Technician, Electroelectronics Technician, or Industrial Automation Technician; or within the Information and Communication axis: Information Technology Technician, IT Maintenance and Support Technician, Computer Networks Technician, Transmission Systems Technician, or Telecommunications Technician. A driver’s license (CNH) Type B may be required. EXPERIENCE: Proven experience of 1 to 3 (one to three) years in activities related to service positions. Repair technicians should preferably have hands-on experience performing component-level repairs on laboratory workbenches. Main Responsibilities: Ensure proper operation and maintenance of equipment, devices, and materials under their custody; Execute assigned service orders; Take responsibility for self-development and maintaining the competencies required for their duties; Collect, replenish, or replace supplies or parts in electroelectronic equipment, including data processing and telecommunications equipment; Perform maintenance procedures on electroelectronic devices and equipment, including data processing and telecommunications equipment; Conduct functionality tests on components and/or equipment; Install/configure systems on equipment; Dismantle and retrofit components and equipment; Perform other tasks related to routine repair operations; Minimum Education Level: Technical Course Holding a Valid Driver’s License: B Willingness to Travel * Dental Plan * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher
