You will serve as the face of our company, ensuring that our customers enjoy high-quality connectivity and outstanding service. **Responsibilities:** * Perform **internet network installations** (fiber optic, coaxial cable, etc.) across various locations, adhering to quality and safety standards. * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on internet systems, identifying and resolving connectivity issues. * Configure network equipment (routers, modems, etc.) and ensure proper operation of services. * Provide technical support and guide customers on equipment and service usage. * Record performed activities and maintain updated technical documentation. * Take care of work tools and company equipment. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Technical course in Electronics, Electrotechnics, Telecommunications, or related fields is desirable. * **Basic knowledge** of internet network installation or maintenance is a plus. * Basic understanding of computer networks and the internet. * **Mandatory: Valid Category B driver's license** * **Mandatory: Updated NR10 and NR35 certifications** * Availability to work flexible hours and on weekends, if required.
