About the Opportunity: **Area:** Industrial Engineering **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing and ensuring process efficiency under your responsibility—such as hourly target performance, UPH and UPPH improvement, process efficiency and balancing enhancement—by critically analyzing problems using tools (e.g., Heijunka, Kaizen, SMED, etc.) to reduce waste, improve flow, and map value streams; * Monitoring key process indicators to ensure competitiveness (e.g., OEE, GGF, etc.), taking corrective action upon deviations, and proposing new manufacturing methods—including layout changes and automation; * Defining and analyzing process flows and work methods, implementing changes whenever necessary; * Providing industrial planning with accurate information and capacity assessments regarding factory output and involved resources, based on operation time analysis and production flow data from the assembly department; * Conducting meetings and training sessions on assembly lines to engage employees in process definition, implementation, and modification; * Managing low- to medium-complexity projects (e.g., installation of new production lines, new equipment, process flow modifications, etc.) ️ ️ **What we’re looking for:** * Completed undergraduate degree in programs covering Electronics, Industrial Automation, Digital Systems, Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechatronics, Telecommunications, Industrial Electronics, Information Technology, Electroelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Production, Automation Control, Quality Management, or Systems Analysis and Development. * Chronoanalysis, Industrial Time Study, Standard Time and Balancing, or Time and Motion Study * Metrology or Basic Metrology * NR 12—Occupational Safety in Machinery and Equipment **What we offer:** * Hapvida Health Plan; * Sulamérica Dental Plan; * Birthday Day Off; * Rota * Gympass Membership; * Profit Sharing Program; * Cafeteria; * Occupational Clinic; * Health and Well-being Programs—workplace gymnastics, psychological support, programs for expectant mothers and fathers, and baby gifts; * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave; * Childcare Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Investment in Training and Development; * Intelbras Knowledge Portal and Library; * Discount on Intelbras products.
