Everyone is welcome on our team!** About the opportunity: **Area:** Production **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Responsible for managing personnel to meet established targets across the company’s entire manufacturing chain, ensuring achievement of productivity goals, production plans, budgeted costs, required quality standards, and related corporate procedures. Implement, communicate, and promote continuous improvement practices in processes and the organizational environment. Foster effective communication among peers and departments to cultivate a safe and cooperative environment aligned with the company’s values. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure activities are executed per work instructions and procedures so that production targets are met across all company departments. * Monitor production planning through optimized resource allocation, meeting technical specifications and quality requirements while minimizing costs. * Support recruitment and selection processes via individual interviews to identify candidates matching desired profiles and aligning with Intelbras’ culture and values. * Monitor equipment repair technician performance to understand and control manufacturing defects using the MQA spreadsheet, jointly developing action plans with support areas to contain and resolve technical issues in the production process. * Control non-conforming PCBs in production to ensure effective closure of production orders. * Maintain organization of production lines in compliance with procedures and work instructions. ️‍ ️ **What we’re looking for:** ***Bachelor’s degree in any field*** Supervisory or Leadership training course **Preferred Qualifications:** Industrial sector experience.
