**Your mission as Unit Manager**
As Unit Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every customer experiences a **unique and memorable workout**, while the business grows sustainably.
Day-to-day, this means:
Leadership and Team
* Lead, develop, and motivate the Trainer team
* Work side-by-side with the team to ensure high-energy sessions
* Create a positive work environment where people feel valued
Customer Experience
* Get to know customers, understand their goals, and deliver personalized experiences
* Welcome new customers warmly, explaining processes, app usage, and membership options
* Monitor signs of disengagement and proactively act to boost retention
Results and Operations
* Track KPIs such as conversion, engagement, retention, and revenue
* Ensure the unit operates in an organized and efficient manner
* Implement actions to improve both results and experience
Community
* Strengthen the sense of community both inside and outside the studio
* Support and organize events that foster genuine connections among people
* Keep the brand’s energy and spirit alive daily
**Requirements**
Mandatory
* Experience as **Unit Manager, Gym Manager, Coordinator, or Supervisor**
* Experience leading teams
* Commercial profile and results orientation
* Strong communication skills and leadership presence
* Availability for in-person work
Preferred
* Experience in boutique gyms, franchises, or premium service environments
* Prior experience as a Trainer or operational leader
* Affinity with fitness, wellness, and customer experience
