




Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating the scheduled maintenance planning team for process units, developing WBS, budgets, shutdown cost control, and reports. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in coordinating the scheduled maintenance planning team. 2. Development of WBS, budgets, and shutdown cost control. 3. Use of SAP S/4HANA (PM and MM), MS-PROJECT, PRIMAVERA, and Power BI. Description: Responsible for coordinating the scheduled maintenance planning team for process units, developing WBS, budgets, shutdown cost control, execution procedures, reports, cost allocations, and generating necessary data for maintenance history. Responsibilities and Duties Ensure LUPA completion in accordance with each project's PGP; Prepare presentations for project kick-off meetings; Review the minutes of project kick-off meetings; Monitor and update shutdown forecasts and actuals in PROABI; Structure the PEP in SAP S/4HANA; Update monthly planning reports for all UN\-AM shutdown projects and present them at RAC; Input and report project data in GESTINV on a monthly basis; Analyze, structure, and submit initial shutdown timelines of UN\-AM for validation; And others. Requirements and Qualifications * Education: * Electrical Engineering (other engineering disciplines also acceptable) * Postgraduate degree in Planning Required Qualifications: * Active and valid registration with the professional regulatory body; * Technical writing skills; * English language proficiency: Intermediate level; * Advanced knowledge of enterprise resource planning systems (SAP S/4HANA modules PM and MM); * MS\-PROJECT, PRIMAVERA, Microsoft Office suite, and Power BI; * Solid expertise in implementing and managing Quality Management Systems (NBR ISO 9002) and Total Quality Management. 2512010202191897336
