Eneva in **Silves - AM** wants you on our team! #JoinEneva If you want to work as a **Water and Gas Treatment Supervisor**, we have a new challenge for you! **Key responsibilities:** * Promote and ensure efficient operation of the plant’s water treatment systems, company availability, asset maintenance, employee safety, and environmental protection - Supervise the team of chemical technicians, water operators, and laboratory staff, providing them with the necessary conditions to perform their duties, continuously motivating shift teams and fostering good relationships among employees and across teams - Conduct analytical monitoring of quality parameters required for operational processes and perform laboratory analyses * Support and/or participate in the operation of the water treatment and demineralization station and effluent treatment facilities, as required * Ensure that operational, asset-related, and personal safety aspects for employees are maintained according to company standards, supporting continuity of company assets * Manage information related to the position, safeguarding its storage and controlling its dissemination in accordance with the company’s information security policy * Promote continuous improvement through analysis, development, and review of operational procedures required for safe and efficient plant operation * Inspect and control reagent solution levels in online plant analyzers and prepare calibration solutions * Monitor laboratory equipment calibrations, as well as detect, analyze, and diagnose problems and failures in such equipment - Issue technical recommendations to prevent and/or correct potential deviations in water and steam quality, in accordance with acceptance criteria - Ensure inventory levels and issue purchase requests for chemicals, reagents, and other consumables required for water treatment systems and laboratory operations * Oversee contracts related to the chemical area * Provide information to department management whenever training or qualification needs for operations personnel are identified; also promote, analyze, and ensure timely delivery of technical information, reports, assessments, projects, etc., as required * Maintain organization and cleanliness in operational areas, including laboratories, water treatment and demineralization stations, and other industrial areas * Ensure clear and complete documentation of all relevant events occurring during the operational shift **To apply, you must have:** * Knowledge of ISO 9000 / ISO 14000 / OHSAS 18000 / TPM standards or similar quality systems _ Technical or higher education degree in Chemistry **Work location**: Silves-AM **Learn more about us at:** www.eneva.com.br. **Eneva is a serious company committed to transparency in its selection processes and does not request any payments during recruitment.** **Join our team!
