




Job Summary: We are seeking a Unity Developer to develop a modern 3D Beat 'em Up focused on stylized combat, advanced AI, and choreographed boss battles. Key Highlights: 1. Multidisciplinary collaboration with Game Design and Art teams. ***Please note that this position operates under a Revenue Share model; by applying, you acknowledge and agree to this arrangement to proceed with the selection process.*** We are looking for a Unity Developer (Unity Programmer) to join the development of Shadow Chronicles: Nocturna, a modern 3D Beat ’em Up featuring a strong noir visual identity, stylized combat, intelligent enemies, and choreographed boss fights. **Responsibilities:** * **Gameplay Systems Development:** Implement and maintain core game systems using **Unity** and **C\#**. * **Artificial Intelligence (Enemy Behavior):** Create advanced behavior systems for enemies and NPCs. * **Combat Logic:** Develop responsive, technical, and fluid combat mechanics, emphasizing clear feedback (game feel) for the player. * **Boss Design:** Build complex boss battles with multiple phases and choreographed attack patterns. * **Flow Management:** Structure game logic through state management systems and precise input handling (player actions). * **Multidisciplinary Collaboration:** Work closely with Game Design and Art teams to ensure aesthetic and functional cohesion across the project. * **Technical Quality:** Ensure performance, stability, and optimization of code across all developed systems. **Technical Requirements:** * **Proficiency in Unity Engine:** In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the graphics engine. * **Expertise in C\#:** Strong practical experience programming in C\# specifically for game development. * **Gameplay Architecture:** Practical understanding of state machines and AI systems. * **Focus on 3D Action Games:** Experience with combat logic tailored to 3D action games. **Behavioral Requirements (Non-negotiable):** * **Commitment and Delivery:** Strict adherence to deadlines and high accountability for deliverables. * **Availability:** Dedication and time availability to meet project demands upon assuming responsibility. * **Excellent Communication:** Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and consistently with the team.
