REHAEL Group was founded in 1985 with the dream of building a place where people can become empowered.
The founder of this dream drew inspiration from Nature when naming his stores, choosing indigenous feminine-gender names.
In 1985, its first exclusive O Boticário store opened in the city’s District Area; ten years later, aiming to establish a group of stores, the first store born from this dream opened, named after the guardian angel of our deputy director — the store was named REHAEL. Years later, the Amazonas Shopping store opened, named after the angel of the founder’s second daughter, NELCHAEL.
