Opportunity for internal growth and training Job Description **PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST (HR)** This opportunity is to work in the Human Resources department at the Administrative Center in Lajeado, RS. Main responsibilities include: Assisting with personnel department tasks such as guiding and supporting employees, managing and calculating vacation time, managing benefits, organizing and archiving documents, calculating severance payments, supporting payroll closing, and performing other related duties. If you are passionate about labor legislation, personnel administration policies and procedures, and wish to join an outstanding team, this position is for you.* Process onboarding documentation. * Monitor electronic timekeeping and hour bank. * Provide employee support and guidance regarding internal policies, benefits, and procedures. * Prepare and manage calculations for vacations, bonuses, leaves, and other labor-related entitlements. * Prepare and manage severance and homologation calculations, issue guides and documents. * Support payroll closing, verify data, and forward information to Finance. * Organize, archive, and digitize documents. * Manage benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health insurance). What we require:* Technical or undergraduate degree in progress — Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel and computer applications * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Residence in Lajeado or nearby areas Additional desirable traits and skills:* Commitment * Focus * Teamwork ability * Organizational skills * Prior professional experience in Personnel Administration is a plus.
