As an **Administrative Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Providing support to patients, companions, and the technical team; * Performing registrations, scheduling, and data updates in internal systems and Ministry of Health platforms (e.g., SISCAN); * Accurately typing medical reports with attention to detail, following institutional standards; * Organizing and maintaining updated physical and/or electronic patient records; * Assisting in schedule management, document verification, and administrative referrals; * Performing support tasks for unit management, such as spreadsheet control, sending e\-mails, and file organization. **What you need to have:** * Completed High School (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in administrative or health fields); * Proficiency in Office suite; * Availability for travel.
