**Responsibilities:** * Issue product and service invoices; * Verify orders, amounts, taxes, and registration data; * Monitor the billing process and ensure compliance with current legislation; * Assist in organizing tax documents and files; * Support finance, logistics, and commercial departments; * Perform data entry in ERP systems. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields is a plus); * Experience in billing, issuing NF-e and CF-e; * Knowledge of taxes (ICMS, IPI, ISS) and basic tax regulations; * Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of interstate transaction taxation; * Experience in the logistics or industrial sector; * Experience with tax integrations/SEFAZ.
