Worker health management and analysis of working conditions **Description:** **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Medicine, with a certificate issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). Valid registration with the Regional Medical Council (CRM) of the respective locality where practicing. Specialist title in Occupational Medicine conferred by the Brazilian Medical Association, or certification from a Medical Residency Program in Occupational Medicine, or a specialization course in Occupational Medicine recognized by the MEC. Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in occupational health care concepts within organizational settings. Training in Biosafety or NR32\. Proficiency in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office and other systems used by PETROBRAS. Professional skills for teamwork, flexibility, proactivity, organization, and commitment. Minimum of over six (6) years’ experience as an occupational physician. Conduct clinical examinations and analyze complementary tests and/or received medical opinions to assess employee health and determine work capacity / fitness for duty; Perform occupational medical examinations, including all relevant follow-up actions, such as internal and external referrals, as well as negotiation of work activities compatible with possible restrictions or limitations with leadership; Conduct pre- and post-travel health assessments; Conduct medical evaluation and/or participate in multidisciplinary panels to assess eligibility of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) for quota inclusion; Prepare and record in the information system a transfer report for purposes of the Occupational Medical Examination for Change of Occupational Hazards, specifying any required complementary examinations; Assess work capacity and approve medical certificates for individuals deemed totally unfit for work, recording clinical data and impressions, as well as applicable medical leaves in the Health Information System, performing necessary follow-up actions; Conduct expert medical examinations for in-person approval of medical certificates; Monitor employees on social security benefits, including home, hospital, and/or INSS visits when necessary; Evaluate employee health conditions to identify possibilities for reintegration into work activities compatible with their health status or potential health impairments, and define intervention strategies; Prepare medical reports justifying the need for continued leave and prognosis in cases of unfitness for work; Issue opinions and/or reports regarding conclusions on work capacity and/or temporary partial disabilities that imply changes in employment regime or performed activities, describing restrictions for specific work activities, their causes, and timelines for medical re-evaluation; Investigate and establish causal links in partnership with PETROBRAS professionals; Complete the Accident Report Form (CAT) in the Health Information System and issue appropriate notifications to involved parties (both internal and external to the Company) regarding the Management of Anomalies and Work Accidents process, as well as classify and characterize incidents per PETROBRAS norms and guidelines; Analyze causes of absenteeism due to illness or accidents within operational units; Participate in health services and inspections in operational areas; Jointly evaluate working conditions of accident victims with the affected employees and the Accident Investigation Committee, when requested, following internal procedures; Conduct hospital or home medical visits to employees when required, issue post-visit reports, and register data in electronic medical records. Participate in medical boards to conclude clinical evaluations; Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide individual interdisciplinary health follow-up, and act as a technical support specialist in technical discussions of monitored cases; Analyze working conditions and social relationships, and provide guidance and referrals to Health Programs and Social Services; Coordinate with attending physicians to ensure appropriate technical support for occupational physician evaluations, when necessary; Develop structured actions integrated with various programs implemented by the Company; Prepare management reports and dashboards for planning and support indicator analysis, using PETROBRAS management systems and tools; Formulate technical opinions on topics within the specialty, providing advisory support to PETROBRAS management upon request; Critically analyze medical record entries and prepare summaries and/or reports, including contesting causal links, among other tasks requested by the PETROBRAS team; Advise, plan, manage, and consolidate and critically analyze data; Propose, plan, and execute collective activities, promoting dialogue spaces and employing appropriate strategies to raise awareness, foster engagement, and empower workers; Transcribe occupational examination records conducted by external professionals into PETROBRAS’s Information System; Assume technical responsibility for the service before the professional council of the category, when required; Record information and services in designated forms and/or information systems; Provide occasional emergency and urgent care support to readiness teams, requiring specific training offered by PETROBRAS; Carry out professional responsibilities described in Law No. 12\.842/13 and its amendments, Federal Council of Medicine (CFM) Resolution No. 2297/21, and other regulations issued by the CFM, State Regional Medical Councils (CRM), Ministry of Labor and Employment Regulatory Norms (NRs), and applicable legislation. 2512100202181911888
