Provide support to Transportation, Customer Service (SAC), and Outlet departments We currently have an opening for a **Logistics Operations Assistant**, a professional who will support administrative logistics processes, ensuring data organization, control, documentation, and support to involved departments. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Collect, spreadsheet, and control return data related to incidents and damages; * Support the Transportation and Customer Service (SAC) departments in daily interactions with carriers; * Provide data input, spreadsheets, and managerial reports to the Outlet department; * Process order invoicing, issue Fiscal Invoices (Notas Fiscais), and release orders for shipment; * Manage helpdesk ticket opening, archiving, and updating of logistics information; * Prepare delivery and administrative control reports for coordination; * Register incoming Fiscal Invoices (NFs), verify goods and CT\-e; * Ensure accuracy of physical and system inventory balances; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education or currently pursuing higher education; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * ERP and SAP knowledge is desirable. **Additional Information** * On-site meal benefit * Commuting route assistance * Health insurance \- Samel; * Dental insurance Unimed; * Life insurance. * Childcare allowance * Gympass Pharmacy card * Friopeças began operations in 1994 in Belo Horizonte/MG, exclusively retailing original spare parts—but starting in 1998, it also expanded into the wholesale market.
