Note: Only candidates with at least one year of job stability per employer will be considered; do not apply if you lack such stability. **Responsibilities:** Provide in-person, online, and telephone customer service, clarify inquiries, foster customer loyalty, follow up on sales, comply with internal policies and procedures, ensure product and service quality, and demonstrate manual dexterity. **Requirements:** Completed high school education; Strong oral and written communication skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer literacy; Relevant work experience (preferred). **Compensation:** **Salary:** R$ 1\.621,00\. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday: 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM\.
