#### **Responsibilities** * Supervise distribution activities, ensuring efficiency and on-time deliveries. * Manage the distribution team, including drivers and assistants, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures. * Analyze distribution performance indicators, proposing process improvements and optimizations. * Control operational costs in the distribution area, seeking alternatives to reduce expenses. * Ensure vehicle fleet maintenance, coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance services. #### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Proven experience in managing distribution teams. * Knowledge of route planning and route optimization. * Proficiency in fleet management tools. * Driver’s license (CNH) * Willingness to travel and flexibility regarding working hours. #### **Skills** * Leadership and team management. * Strategic vision and results orientation. * Analytical ability and decision-making skills. * Communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge of logistics management systems (TMS). ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, SESTSENAT, TotalPass ### **Department:** Operations
