Position: HR Analyst \- Personnel Department Job Description:
We are seeking a professional to serve as an HR Analyst with a focus on the Personnel Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for various activities related to personnel management and labor-related processes.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct new employee onboarding, including document verification, system registration, benefits enrollment, and other related procedures;
* Manage and calculate employee vacation time, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies;
* Process monthly payroll, performing calculations for salaries, deductions, benefits, overtime hours, and other items;
* Close and verify payroll data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments to employees;
* Administer company-provided benefits, such as health insurance, transportation allowance, meal vouchers, and others;
* Manage employee offboarding, including termination settlement calculations, homologation, legal deadline tracking, and other related tasks;
* Maintain up-to-date employee records and documents, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation;
* Support employees by addressing inquiries regarding labor matters, benefits, payroll, and other related topics;
* Participate in internal and external audits by providing required information and documentation;
* Collaborate on implementing improvements to personnel department processes to enhance service efficiency and quality.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in Human Resources, specifically within the Personnel Department.
* Solid knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters.
* Capacity to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
